The Pocketwatch Chardonnay is a lively and refreshing wine made from grapes of the Central Ranges of New South Wales blended together using oak and tank fermentation.
With enticing aromas of peach and pineapple along with a palate filled with juicy pineapple and fig flavours, this flavoursome wine has a creamy and spicy oak texture with hints of vanilla, leading to a lengthy and textured finish.

The Pocketwatch Pinot Gris is a white aromatic and floral wine produced from grapes harvested during the night from vineyards in the Central Ranges.
As a result of fermentation using cultured yeasts and maturation in stainless steel, this Pinot Gris is fruit-driven and bursting with apple, melon and juicy pear flavours with a bright and crisp palate.
