The Sauvignon Blanc - Very refreshing palate with flavours of passion fruit and chives along with lemony and grassy notes.It is of this long fine, crisp dry white.

The Shiraz - Matured for 10 months in French oak and sourced from fruit from around the sub-region of Blewitt Springs. It's opulent, fleshy and textured with flavours of dark berries and plums along with hints of dark chocolate and spices with a lingering, soft finish.

The Chardonnay - The aromas of this wine include stone fruits while the flavours include white peaches and soft oak. It enjoys a great structure, finesse and length, all mandatory to make a premium Chardonnay.

The Pinot Noir - Bright and juicy in the mouth. Cherries and Strawberries with mint nuances and non-shy tannins create a lovely variety and intensity of flavours on the palate. This wine has a great length and a slight French oak touch to finish.
