The Pocketwatch Pinot Gris is a white aromatic and floral wine produced from grapes harvested during the night from Robert Oatley’s vineyards in the Central Ranges.
As a result of fermentation using cultured yeasts and maturation in stainless steel, this Pinot Gris is fruit-driven and bursting with apple, melon and juicy pear flavours with a bright and crisp palate.
