Fruit from Marlborough adds acidity to the wine, Hawke’s Bay gives stone fruit flavours, while Waipara delivers beautiful aromatics and blossom. The wine is held on lees for 2 months to build mouth-feel & texture.
The finished product is this flavourful Pinot Gris which entices you with fresh pear, peach, and nuances of almond meal. Rich fruit with a touch of creaminess and subtle spice leads into a lively, off-dry finish.
